Terms of Service
Last updated: June 16, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and DoseVault, Inc. (“DoseVault”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) governing your access to and use of the public website at dosevault.ai, including its educational pages and free calculators (collectively, the “Site”). Please read them carefully.
The gist
The Site is a free educational resource with peptide calculators. It is not a medical service. There are no user accounts on the Site today; the DoseVault tracker app is in development and will have its own Terms.
The Site is provided as-is without warranties. Our liability is capped at the greater of US$100 or amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.
2. Description of the Site
DoseVault at dosevault.ai is an educational research resource and a suite of free peptide calculators. The Site helps you read reference content and run reconstitution, dosing, and related calculations in your browser. The Site is not a healthcare product, telemedicine provider, pharmacy, compounder, or vendor of peptides or any other regulated substance.
The Site has no user accounts and does not store your health data. The calculators run in your browser; the values you enter are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
See our Disclaimer for the full statement of educational scope. By using the Site you acknowledge and agree that DoseVault does not, and cannot, provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. The DoseVault app
The DoseVault tracker app is a separate product that is currently in development and is not available to users through this Site. When it launches, it will be governed by its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. These Terms apply only to the public website.
4. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:
- use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
- represent the Site's outputs as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment to yourself or anyone else;
- rely on calculator outputs, peptide reference articles, or any other content as a substitute for advice from a qualified, licensed healthcare professional;
- use the Site to sell, broker, advertise, or solicit sales of peptides or other regulated substances;
- upload or transmit any content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that contains malware;
- reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Site except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
- interfere with the operation of the Site, circumvent rate limits, or probe for security vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure.
No medical advice: explicit acknowledgment. You acknowledge and agree that (a) DoseVault is not a healthcare provider; (b) calculator outputs and reference content are educational only; (c) you are solely responsible for any decisions you make about your health; and (d) you will consult a licensed physician before initiating, modifying, or discontinuing any therapy.
5. Payments and paid plans
The Site and its calculators are free to use. There are no paid plans or billing on the Site today.
Paid plans are coming soon with the DoseVault app. When paid plans launch, payments will be processed by Stripe®, and the billing, renewal, and refund terms applicable to those plans will be presented to you at the point of purchase and governed by the app's own Terms.
6. Our intellectual property
The Site, including the DoseVault name, logo, software, interface, calculators, peptide reference content, and editorial articles, is owned by DoseVault and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. DMCA and copyright
We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512). If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent that includes:
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Site (URL);
- your contact information (address, phone, email);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Send notices to dmca@dosevault.ai. Counter-notices follow the procedure in §512(g) of the DMCA.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DoseVault, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use or misuse of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
9. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOSEVAULT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY CONTENT OR CALCULATOR OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. NOTHING IN THE SITE CONSTITUTES MEDICAL ADVICE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL DOSEVAULT, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID DOSEVAULT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above may not apply to you in full. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site is the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where required, notify you.
Your continued use of the Site after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the Site.
13. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DoseVault regarding the Site.
- Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
