Interpretation: Based on the modeled parameters, predicted peak concentration occurs around 7.3 wk after each dose, and the curve approaches a stable range after approximately 5.0 wk. A low fluctuation index suggests relatively even exposure between doses.

Model: one-compartment, first-order absorption (SubQ) + first-order elimination. Defaults: Vd = 5 L, F = 70% (overridden per compound where published data exist), ka = 5x ke. Absolute concentration values depend on assumed Vd and F; treat the relative shape of the curve as more reliable than absolute numbers. Not a substitute for clinical PK modelling.
