Thymosin Alpha-1
Thymosin Alpha-1 (Talpha1) is a 28-amino-acid acetylated peptide originally isolated from thymic tissue. It has been studied extensively as an immune modulator, with documented effects on dendritic cell maturation, T-cell activation, and NK cell activity. It is approved in multiple countries for hepatitis B and hepatitis C and has been investigated for cancer immunotherapy adjuvant use.
