Store the lyophilized powder refrigerated (2 to 8 C), or frozen for long-term storage, protected from light. After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water, keep refrigerated and use within about 4 weeks.

Scientific Overview
Glycyl-L-glutamine (Gly-Gln, beta-endorphin 30-31) is the C-terminal cleavage product of beta-endorphin. Animal studies (Goldstein, Unterwald, and others) suggest it modulates opioid tolerance and respiratory drive without classical opioid-receptor binding. Best supported as a research tool rather than a therapeutic; no clinical indication.
