The pituitary gland sits just below the hypothalamus and releases several hormones that regulate growth, reproduction, stress responses, and other systems. Many research peptides act by stimulating or modulating specific cell types within the anterior pituitary. GHRH analogs and GHRPs are classic examples that work at this level.
