Ipamorelin
Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide that acts as a selective growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHSR) agonist. It has been studied for its ability to stimulate pituitary GH release without significantly elevating cortisol or prolactin in preclinical models. Research suggests it mimics ghrelin's action at the pituitary while showing a more favorable selectivity profile than older GHRPs.
Acute growth-hormone pulse within roughly 30 to 60 minutes of dosing; body-composition effects build over weeks.
Store the lyophilized powder refrigerated (2 to 8 C), or frozen for long-term storage, protected from light. After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water, keep refrigerated and use within about 4 weeks.
