SleepClinical Evidence: Limited

DSIP

DSIP (Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide) is a nonapeptide originally isolated from rabbit brain during slow-wave sleep induction. It has been studied for its potential role in sleep-wake cycle regulation, stress modulation, and hypothalamic-pituitary axis interaction. Pichia pastoris-secreted fusion peptides crossing the blood-brain barrier have been explored as delivery models in recent research.
