Scientific Overview
FOXO4-DRI is a 30-aa D-retro-inverso peptide developed by Peter de Keizer's lab (Cell, 2017). It disrupts the FOXO4-p53 interaction in senescent cells, restoring p53 nuclear exclusion and triggering apoptosis. Mouse data showed improved fur density, fitness, and renal function. No published human trials; only research-grade material is available.
