Anamorelin
Oral ghrelin-receptor agonist developed for cancer cachexia; approved in Japan as Adlumiz.
Acute growth-hormone pulse within roughly 30 to 60 minutes of dosing; body-composition effects build over weeks.
Store the lyophilized powder refrigerated (2 to 8 C), or frozen for long-term storage, protected from light. After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water, keep refrigerated and use within about 4 weeks.

What the literature says
Scientific Overview
Anamorelin (ONO-7643) is an orally active selective ghrelin/GHSR-1a agonist. Approved in Japan (2021, Adlumiz, Ono Pharmaceutical) for cancer cachexia in NSCLC, gastric, pancreatic, and colorectal cancers. ROMANA-1/2 Phase 3 trials demonstrated lean-mass gains but failed handgrip-strength endpoints, leading to EMA refusal.
